"Thunderstruck" was released as a single in Germany, Australia and Japan. It's one of the most known AC/DC songs and it is said to be inspired by lead guitarist Angus Young's hair-raising experience when a plane he was on was struck by lightning. The Romanian hard rock band Iris was influenced by AC/DC in their early days, when Iris covered many AC/DC songs: "Shot Down in Flames", "Shake a Leg", "Thunderstruck", "Rocker", "High Voltage", "The Jack", "What Do You Do for Money Honey" and, of course, "Highway to Hell" (a song that Iris continues to play once in a while to this day). Here we have a video with Iris playing live "Thunderstruck" at the "Rock '92" International Festival, where the group performed besides Ian Gillan and Uriah Heep. At this festival Iris had the greatest opening act for a Romanian artist or band, ex-Deep Purple's vocalist Ian Gillan singing before them.
